Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using The Live Models, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Content Policy, Creator Guidelines, Safety and Moderation rules, and any additional rules shown in the platform.
If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase tokens, access creator content or use platform services.
Eligibility and 18+ Requirement
The Live Models is restricted to users aged 18 years or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access and use an 18+ creator entertainment platform in your location.
We may request identity or age verification and may suspend or close accounts where information appears false, incomplete or risky.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account activity, login details, profile information and any activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Do not share, sell or transfer accounts
- Do not create accounts to bypass restrictions or bans
- Do not impersonate another person or creator
- Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised
Creator Content and Platform Rights
Creators remain responsible for the content they upload or stream. By posting content, creators confirm they have the rights and permissions needed to share it on the platform.
The Live Models may display, process, review, moderate, remove or restrict content as needed to operate the platform, enforce policies, comply with law, investigate disputes or protect users and payment systems.
Tokens, Purchases and Refunds
Tokens are a platform feature used to access approved creator content, gifts or premium creator experiences where available. Tokens are not a bank deposit, stored-value account, investment product or cash equivalent.

Creator Payouts
Creator payouts are processed through Stripe where verification, threshold, account and compliance requirements are met. Payout timing may vary by country, bank, risk review, disputes or payment-provider requirements.
The Live Models may delay, adjust or withhold payouts connected to suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, identity issues, illegal activity, account review or payment-provider instructions.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for illegal, deceptive, abusive or exploitative activity
- Uploading or requesting restricted content
- Harassing, threatening, doxxing, blackmailing or impersonating another person
- Moving paid activity, token purchases, tips or creator experiences off-platform
- Manipulating tokens, payments, referrals, rankings, reviews or creator earnings
- Attempting to bypass moderation, verification, fraud checks or account restrictions
Moderation, Suspension and Termination
The Live Models may remove content, restrict features, pause monetisation, suspend accounts, terminate accounts or preserve records where required to enforce policy, protect users, investigate risk, comply with law or follow payment-provider requirements.
Disputes and Support
Contact [email protected] first for account, payment, refund, moderation or creator payout disputes. Include your account email, username, transaction details and a clear explanation of the issue.
Some decisions may be final where required by law, safety duties, payment rules, fraud-prevention requirements or serious policy breach.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
